Courier Services

Although electronic distribution (email or via Web CT) offers speedy delivery of documents, Academic Media Services does coordinate and track pickup and delivery of documents and packages between the major WSU Videoconference sites.  Packets can be given to the WSU Videoconference Operator or dropped off at specified locations.  The WSU Videoconference System Faculty/Student Support Coordinator processes and tracks the delivery of the packet.  Once a packet arrives, WSU Videoconference operators receive and distribute documents according to the instructor’s instructions.  Operators can also collect assignments and/or exams from students at remote locations and send them via the Courier system to the instructor’s location.
